Our Process

At 3R Services, we believe that great results start with great communication. That’s why our process is designed to keep you informed and involved at every step—from the initial consultation and custom design to final walkthrough and beyond. With one of our owners as your dedicated project manager, you’ll experience personalized attention, transparent estimates, and expert craftsmanship from start to finish.

1. INITIAL MEETING: We present our company information, discuss your project, listen to your ideas, and take measurements.
2. DESIGN REVIEW: We collaborate with experienced architects and engineers to develop a proposed design tailored to your project specifications. For non-structural projects, we provide a detailed floor plan. You’ll have the opportunity to review the design and request any necessary changes to ensure it aligns perfectly with your vision.
3. COST ESTIMATE: We’ll meet with you to provide a first cost estimate.
4. SITE INSPECTION: We tour your project with the selected subcontractors for a site inspection.
5. COSTS FINALIZED: The cost estimates are finalized and a work agreement is proposed.
6. PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING: Pre-Construction Meeting: Based on the agreed upon design our agreement is finalized.
7. CONSTRUCTION BEGINS: You will have one of our owners as your project manager.
8. COMMUNICATION: We continue to communicate job progress, listen to your ideas, and answer questions as the project advances.
9. FINAL WALK THROUGH: We do a final walk through with you and your project is complete.
10. TESTIMONIAL: We request a testimonial from our newest happy customer!
