3R Services was amazing to work with for our basement finish. The basement finish was for close to 700 sq ft and included one bedroom, one bathroom, and a living space with a wet bar. Jim and Eric made sure everything was done right at each step and quickly addressed any questions or changes that we had. Our basement finish was done within our schedule and the work done is very high quality. We would definitely recommend them to others and plan to use them again for any future projects.

I had the pleasure of working with 3R Services on an addition and interior remodel project for my home, and I am stoked on the results! The 3R crew was professional, transparent, and fun to work with.
3R offered fair and transparent pricing, providing a detailed quote upfront that gave me a realistic idea of what each line item would cost. There were some unknowns that came up throughout the project, but that was to be expected and we ended up over the initial estimate by less than 10%… quite reasonable.
In terms of the quality of their work, I am very happy with the end result. They took the time to ensure that I was happy with the results at each milestone in the project and were prompt to correct things that weren’t quite right. The end result is fantastic and my home looks just as I imagined it to be.
But perhaps the best part of working with Jim, Eric and the rest of the 3R guys was the experience itself. They were fun people to work with, and have on site. They were open to my ideas and suggestions, their communication was good, and they didn’t seem to mind me taking on some aspects of the project.
I would absolutely recommend 3R to anyone in need of a general contractor for their project.

Awesome Outdoor Living Space! We hired 3R Services to remove our old deck and install a new, upper-level covered deck, and a lower deck around a hot tub. They put together the drawings and provided a detailed quote with estimated labor and material costs. We found this helpful, as we knew exactly what we were paying for and could track changes when we revised our choices. We originally had a covered deck in mind, but what we ended up with was an outdoor living space that far exceeded our expectations. Everyone who has seen our the completed project agrees that it is a work of art.
Throughout the process, Jim and the 3R team were very professional and personable. They thought of every detail, had great communication, and provided quality workmanship. Their attention to detail was refreshing. They were quick to fix any issues we found and often pointed them out to us before we had an opportunity to say anything. We also appreciated that they would offer suggestions when we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted, and made sure that they checked in on any major decisions.
