Extremely pleased with the results
Working with 3R Services to finish my basement has been a complete pleasure and I am extremely pleased with the results. I've never worked directly with a contractor before, and Jim C, and my project manager, Eric F., kept me informed at every step of the project.Jim and his team did a great job each and every week to make sure I knew what was on the schedule, and who would be coming. They were very flexible with little changes along the way, which I really appreciated. The final result included a large bedroom with an egress window well, a lovely large bathroom, a utility room, laundry room, entertainment area, linen closet, and plenty of storage, exactly as I envisioned. I am already recommending 3R Services to my friends!

3R went out of their way
We used 3R Services to finish our 1,600 Sq FT basement. Jim was great to work with throughout the entire process. He was clear and thorough when explaining the estimate and contract and answered all of our questions and/or concerns in a timely manner. He and his team gave us some great design ideas to make our basement unique and more useful for our family. Once the project started, Eric, the Project Manager and his team did a great job keeping us updated on the schedule and with any changes that needed to be made. 3R Services does not take short cuts and provides quality work. We are extremely happy with the our basement and highly recommend Jim, Eric and their team for your remodel or building needs.

Would 100% recommend
We used 3R to convert our garage into a music studio, replace the pergola attached to the garage, and remove the driveway/move a fence. It involved some pretty significant electrical work, including trenching. They did a really fabulous job. It looks amazing. We passed all of our inspections. Super quality work. It did take take longer than estimated to finish, but some of the delay was weather related. They came in a bit under budget and we're exceptionally happy with how it turned out. The minisplit they installed for AC and heat started having problems about 6 months after the project was completed, and Jim sent someone out right away to take a look and get it working again, no charge, no hassle. Would 100% recommend. Thanks, Jim and co!

Attention to detail is superb
Jim, Eric & crew are wonderful to work with! We had them do a major renovation of our family room and sunroom, and LOVE the results. They had great ideas to fill in the details beyond what we had developed with an architect. And their attention to detail (including cleaning up every evening, both inside and out) is superb! They didn't make their estimated time to completion, but the price was spot on (except where we did upgrades from their "allowances") and the quality couldn't have been better. And we told them we wanted quality over speed. You won't be disappointed with the results if you use 3R Services for any renovation work! (This was our second project with them - the first was a garage addition)

Highly recommend 3R Services
Invited several general contractors to bid on my home addition project. Jim’s was by far the most detailed estimate and the estimate was reasonable, so they were selected. Project started out as a one story addition and then morphed into a full blown 2 story addition. Project stayed on schedule and Jim was great at communicating progress. House disruption was minimal considering the scope of the work. Workers were professional and considerate. Project involved considerable structural challenges due substandard or shoddy existing construction. All permits and inspections went smooth. Getting Xcel energy to move a gas meter 20’ was the only real pain, taking several months to get done (not 3Rs fault). Project was finished in May of 2018 and we are extremely happy with the end product and final price. High recommend 3R Services.

End product was better than expected
We had several quotes for a Patio cover and we chose 3R Sevices due to Jim being honest about what we needed and the price he could do it for. The end product was better than we expected. Jim and his crew were professional, honest, and most importantly worked hard to complete the job on time and within our budget. We have already recommended Jim's 3R services to friends and family. We have a few projects we would like to start in the future and the first person we will be ringing is Jim. We can't thank Jim enough for making the project such an easy process and exceeding our expectations.

Attention to detail was refreshing
We hired 3R Services to remove our old deck and install a new, upper-level covered deck, and a lower deck around a hot tub. They put together the drawings and provided a detailed quote with estimated labor and material costs. We found this helpful, as we knew exactly what we were paying for and could track changes when we revised our choices. We originally had a covered deck in mind, but what we ended up with was an outdoor living space that far exceeded our expectations. Everyone who has seen our the completed project agrees that it is a work of art. Throughout the process, Jim and the 3R team were very professional and personable. They thought of every detail, had great communication, and provided quality workmanship. Their attention to detail was refreshing. We we are extremely happy customers and will hire them again for future house projects!

3R is our go to contractors
We relocated to Denver and had several contractors give us an estimate on building out our bare basement. We selected 3R and received amazing service! Jim and his crew did an outstanding job to which you can see two of the pictures featured on his website. During construction, Jim and his crew helped design the area that flows very well maximizing all usable space. To this day, we have not had one issue with the construction from framing, plumbing, electrical and finishing. 3R is our go to contractors and we are using him again for our hail damage!! Love Colorado!! Thank you to Jim and the 3R crew!
